Ordering Information

Order Online or by Phone

To order online, go to the product of choice and just add item to cart. When you have finished shopping proceed to checkout and follow the instructions. A confirmation that your order has been received and processed along with an invoice total will be sent via email. If you wish to order over the phone, call us between 11:00-6:00 PM Colorado time at  877.623.7165 or you can email us at orders@coloradophotographics.com.

Shipping

We will determine the best way to ship via either UPS or USPS. For framed prints orders allow up to 3-4 weeks. All other orders will ship in 2-3 days unless you choose NextDay or SecondDay Air. Shipping costs are added on at the time of checkout. Minimum shipping charge is $5.00.

Sales Tax

Colorado residents add 2.9% sales tax. There is no sales tax for out of state orders.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards AMEX, MC, Visa, Discover. If you choose to pay by check you will need to call or email your order to us. Please send checks to Colorado Photographics, Inc. #1 Old Town Square, Suite 103,  Fort Collins, CO 80524. Once your check has been received your order will ship. With this method of payment your order maybe delayed up to 5-7 days. For faster delivery we recommend ordering online.

Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee customer satisfaction against defects and workmanship on all products for 30 days. Just return it to us and we will issue a complete refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order within the 30 days, return the product to us and we will issue a credit towards the product only. You would be responsible for all shipping charges.
