Q: What is your minimum order?
A: Due to time in processing orders we ask for a minimum order of $10.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Minimum shipping charge is only $5.00. See Shipping under Ordering Info.

Q: Do you do C.O.D. on orders.
A: We do not offer C.O.D. orders. We do guarantee our products. See Returns/Exchanges under Ordering Info for details.

Q: Is everything printed in the USA?
A: All our products are printed right here in Colorado with the exception of our Colorado Book; Colorado Fine Art Landscape and Nature Photography, which was printed over seas to keep our pricing competitive with similar books.

Q: Are your products available in retail stores?
A: Yes, we currently sell our products in retail stores throughout Colorado, New Mexico & California. Please contact us for list of retail stores in your area or you may order directly through us online.

Q: Do you give discounts for larger orders?
A: Yes, discounts are automatically applied with quantities 50 and over.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Colorado residents the tax rate is 2.9%. There is no sales tax for out of state.

Q: How does the search feature differ from the popular searches I see at the bottom of each product category?
A: The search at the top of the screen in the menu bar is for the entire site. Just type keywords that relate to what you are looking for. The popular searches, are for the products within that category only. If you don't see a popular search you want, use the main search.

Q: What is the blue icon for?
A: Any product with this icon means you can personalize with your information. If you mouse over and click on the blue icon you can get detailed information.
